*AUS* COD Player of the Month -- Posted by Elmo on Sunday, February 29 2004
Well guys, as a reward to those members who are committed to the *AUS* Call of Duty Division, Myself and the senior members will be awarding a member of the month award. This award will go to, not the best player, but the player who gives input into strats. Arriving for pracs and matches on time will also be taken into consideration, as will the general behaviour on public forums and on the servers. For the inaugural Member of the month, the award goes too:
Enzyme
Enzyme has taken over the role of 2ic, and hasn't looked back, taking an interest in helping out at Pracs, Matches and also assisting making up strats. He is also a regualar player on the public servers, out there making a good name for *AUS*, both with good skills and courtesy towards other players.
Well Done Enzyme

*AUS* vs {MJ-12} -- Posted by Elmo on Friday, February 27 2004
*AUS* were coming from a low after just forfieting vs Oxygen, had been challenged by a new and upcoming clan in the GA ladder - MJ-12. Friday night was selected as the time for the show down, and Brecourt chosen as the grounds for this battle. After a week long preperation, gathering his troops, Elmo jumped into the server prepared for battle. After a short time to ready up and start, *AUS* started as Allied ready to test the strong german defense. After some good rounds from the Allied soldiers, *AUS* was up 9 - 1, planting and then defending successfully all but 1 round.
After both teams readying up and auto-swapped, we kicked straight into the action. *AUS* having worked hard during the week, coming up with some strong defensive tactics started off well. In the first round, Elmo managed to take down 5 players - and that was in the first round. Many of the rounds follwoing the same way with *AUS* not letting MJ-12 plant at all, and when they did, there was 3 or 4 *AUS* there to wipe them out and difuse the ticking bomb. Excellent work to all of *AUS* team and GG's from MJ-12. Top scorers for *AUS* was Elmo (35 - 11) and Clintcom (23 - 5) and for MJ-12 Jesta with a score of 15 - 19. MVP goes to Clintcom for his great defensive effort and filling spots being a reserve player.
GG guys

*AUS* v |wDw| -- Posted by Elmo on Thursday, February 12 2004
Well, our 2nd official match in the GA Ladder (BKM forfeited), and all went well. Our team, after arriving on the server at 8pm was prepared for the match. |wDw|, was not, *AUS* kindly waited for 25 mins for the opposing team to arrive in the server. After that, it was free for all. *AUS* starting as Axis and having to defend the objective, did very well in there task, not allowing the allied to plant at all, and with allied only defeating the Axis once in the first 10 rounds.
Come half time, and the teams swapped, and it was time for *AUS* to go on the offensive and plant the bomb. With varying tactics, *AUS* went on the offensive planted several times through the 10 rounds of play. After the final 10 rounds were over, *AUS* had successfully planted and defended 7 of the 10 rounds. Scores at the completion of the 20 rounds were 16 - 4 in *AUS*'s favour. Top score for the *AUS* was Elmo with 23 kills and Bizzare with 19 and top score for |wDw| was sack with 26.
Good Games Guys.

New 2ic -- Posted by Elmo on Monday, February 9 2004
A big thanks to Eldanno, who has just stepped down as my 2ic, due to school and work commitments. After much thought as to who should replace him as Second in Charge. I came to the decision of Enzyme.
He has earnt this through a continous presence on the public servers, making a good name for *AUS* and always willing to chip in at matches and pracs.
GG Eldanno and best of luck to Enzyme
Well done guys
